Activities

The main activities of SPC (BVI), are the trading of all Hydrocarbons, Liquids and Gas, and Shipping.

In the year 2002, SPC (BVI) had clients throughout Asia, USA, Africa and Europe, where it marketed products from Sonatrach and from other sources.

The shipping activities of the company are mainly concentrated in the transportation of the Algerian LPG. Globally, twenty four per cent (24%) of the Algerian LPG exports is transported by its own carriers. LPG vessels are  also chartered on ‘Time Charter’ and on ‘Spot’ basis. The rest of the activities are covering the needs of transporting Liquids, an area which should see some expansion in the future.
