Rhourd Enouss Transportation Corporation (British Virgin Islands), RETC (BVI), was incorporated in December 2004. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sonatrach Petroleum Corporation BVI.

Its main mission is the shipping of LPG, with the “RHOURD ENOUSS” tanker.

Rhourd Enouss was successfully delivered on 6 December 2004, 6 months earlier than her contractual delivery date. H. E. President Bouteflika was the guest of honour at here official delivery at Kibe. His visit coincided with his official visit to Japan. She loaded her 1st cargo at Juaymah on 28 December 2004.
